No. 4. Law for the transformation of the Deputation of Public Shows and Congress Theater. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council in its session delli 8 March 1927. Art. 1. The Congress Theatre Theatres administers the Titano in San Marino and City of Concord in Borgo Maggiore, by two separate juries, respectively chaired by the Captain of the Castello della Guaita and Captain of the Castle de la Fratta. They are part of both committees the two Auditors and the Government, with Deputies Theatrical functions, the two Deputies to the Public Shows, to be appointed by the Council G. and G. to the beginning and for the duration of the legislature. Each committee will add two members to be appointed as above between the boxes or otherwise among the residents in the Castle concerned. Each will appoint from among its members a secretary-treasurer. Art. 2. The Congress Theatre, in joint committees, it may be summoned only by order of the Most Excellent Regency.
