Law No 13 that makes changes to the Law on Taxes Ipotecarie. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino promulgate and send for publishing the following law approved by the Great and General Council in its Returned models 4 August 1927. Art. 1. To the law March 14, 1918 No. 11 on mortgage fees and emoluments due the Conservator of Mortgages are introduced the changes specified in the following articles. Art. 2. Article. 2 is replaced by the following: Art. 2 - The proportional fee applies; 1. - the inscriptions, at the rate of 50 cents for every hundred pounds of the amount entered: 2. - to recordation subingresso, at the rate of 25 cents for every hundred pounds of the sum expressed in the act, or, if the value of the mortgage law, which is the subject of formalities: 3. - to mortgage renewals, at the rate of 25 cents for every hundred pounds of the amount for which the mortgage is renewed: 4. - to recordation cancellation or reduction of mortgage and those of subordination, assignment of priorities or order mortgage at the rate of ten cents for every hundred pounds of the sum canceled or reduced or postergata or sold: 5. - to transcripts of transfers of immovable property or property rights, at the rate of 25 cents for every hundred pounds of assessed value for the purposes of registration tax or inheritance. Pei transfers by way of inheritance and donations in a straight line the recording fee is liquid on the value, determined as above, without deducting liabilities which affect the assets transferred. The amount of the fee paid under the present article shall not be less than the sum of lire. The total fractions of paid taxes, Qualor not correspond to the fraction of a nickel or a multiple thereof, will be rounded in order to respond to it. Art. 3. Article. 3 is replaced by the following: Art. 3 - E 'due to the fixed fee of three pounds: 1. - for transcripts and registration not covered in the previous article; 2. - for annotations for restriction of mortgages, change of residence, perenzioni of dotal mortgages and any other registration of charges not otherwise contemplated. Art. 4. Article. 5 is replaced by the following: Art. 5 - If it were paid proportional fee for a mortgage, it will be due only the fixed lire fee for those three iscrizoni confirmation, execution or rectifying that, compared to it, they were made on public records. When for the same credit and by virtue 'of the same title shall be executed more' inscriptions or more 'renewals or cancellations, one of these formalities should be subject to the proportional tax. For each of the other inscriptions or other renewals or cancellations it is due to the simple fixed fee. This provision applies, in the corresponding assumptions, the recordation subject to proportional tax and the transcripts. Art. 5. These amendments will come into force with 1st October 1927.
