No. 16. Law about tax refunds not due by taxpayers. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino promulgate and send for publishing the following law approved by the Great and General Council in His Returning models August 4, 1927: Single Article The tax share of which will be ordered reimbursement from 1 October 1927, and for which the Collector has been unable to perform the return within the deadline of the next installment to the issuing of the list in which they are included, they will be paid dall'Esattore the Government Treasury. The payment will be made record in box d ll'elenco to contain the signatures of receipt, by the Tax Authority and it will be announced to the Tax Office to the renewal of the relief effect that the person concerned has the right to request within the final period of one year from the original issue date of the list.
