We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino promulgate and send for publishing the following amendments approved by the General Council, and G. Returning models in the October 29, 1928: Art. 1. At the last paragraph of art. 17 of Law 18 July 1914 No. 24 - is replaced as follows: The annual salary in application of art. 9 pei cases of absolute permanent inactivity, partial permanent disability and death, will be calculated by multiplying by 300 the average daily wage received by the worker in a year or in the shortest time prior to the accident, up to the maximum limit of 6000 pounds.
