No. 11. Law for pardon. (1) We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council in his today's Returned: Art. 1. condoned fines and penalties and restrictions including those of personal freedom not exceeding one year and a half and also are reduced those sup GHER, already imposed and to be imposed. Art. 2. The amnesty established by the preceding article as it has not granted if the convicted, within the period of five years, commits a crime. In this case the punishment is expiated according to the provisions of Articles 44 et seq. of the Criminal Code. Art. 3. In the competition of more 'penis amnesty applies accumulated after those penalties according to the law. Art. 4. The amnesty is applied to the office: 1) by the Law Commissioner where already there is judgment that has become res judicata: 2) by the judge, the power to emettre judgment, in any other case. Art. 5. The amnesty does not give right to the return of confiscated things: either the repayment of the sums already paid to the tax authorities, however by way of monetary penalty, judicial and court costs, the judgment fee. Art. 6. The present law is applicable to offenses, the public actions of private action, committed until the day prior to its approval by the Great and General Council. In any case they remain intact and subject to the rights and civil actions relevant to injured or damaged parties and others.
