We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Prince and Sovereign Council in his today's Returned: Art. 1. Until the approval and enactment of the general conditions for the transport of people and things on the railway, it has authorized the exercise of the railroad itself according to the provisional rules to be submitted to the approval of the Exc. Regency to be rendered, by the operator company, known to the public. Art. 2. This Act shall come into force immediately after its legal publication.
