N. 8. Law which adds to the Criminal Code of the class of crimes against the public safety and, in particular, against the transport safety. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Prince and Sovereign Council of the LX in His Returning models 7 June 1932. Art. 1. Whoever, apart from cases provided for by art. 225 C.Penale, in order to kill, performs acts such as to endanger the public safety shall be punished if the act causes the death of even one person, with the penalty of public jobs for life. In any case, the penalty of imprisonment from ten to fifteen years. Art. 2. Whoever causes a train wreck shall be punished with imprisonment from five to fifteen years. Art. 3. Anyone who, for the sole purpose of damaging the ferr ta road or machinery, vehicles, instruments, apparatus or other objects used for the performance of it, destroys them in whole or in part, deteriorates them or otherwise making them around or partially unusable, shall be punished if the act results in the danger of a train wreck, with imprisonment of one to five years. If the act results in the disaster, the punishment is imprisonment from three to ten years. Art. 4. Whoever, apart from cases provided for in the preceding Articles, endangers public transport security, shall be punished with imprisonment from one to five years.
