Changes to rules on inheritance taxes and registration fees as well as the law pel
Consular Corps.

We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Prince and Sovereign Council of
LX in His Returned today:
Art.
1. The terms referred to in art. 26, 27 and 32 first part last part of the existing law on inheritance taxes
means extended for ninety days when the author of the succession is dead
outside the Republic.
Art. 2.
For documents of any kind to be registered in terms of 44 the rate annexed to the Law on
registration fees March 14, 1918, when it had to be produced in court or is to be included in the acts
of the commissioner's Court, the fee reg stro is converted to stamp duty and is
perceived by the application of a postage corresponding value.
Art. 3. In relation
Art.21 of the Law on Consular Corps is attributed to the Consuls of
Republic abroad, the right to receive acts of mandate or power of attorney both general and special.
Such acts will be effective with the legalization by the Secretariat of State for Foreign Affairs.
It also attaches to such consuls the right to assume, at the request of local authorities, att
of education in civil and criminal cases.
The effectiveness of art.5 of the Convention June 28, 1897 of good neighborliness and friendship among
this Republic and the Kingdom of Italy shall be extended to acts of mandate or power of attorney, either generally or special
, received from the Italian consuls abroad in locations where there is Consul of San Marino.
These mandates will be effective with the legalization by the Royal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Italy

Art.
4. This Act shall come into force immediately after its publication and to the acts referred to in article 3 is
deemed, in the process of ratification, with retroactive effect.
