We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Prince and Sovereign Council of the LX in His Returned today: Single Article 1. As from January 1934 the income of the categories I, II , and III will not be subject to the normal taxation where their amount or the sum of the income enjoyed by those who own them, including in the calculation only those that qualify for up taxes, does not exceed 50 pounds per year.
