3. No law establishing the stamp duty on playing cards. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Prince and Sovereign Council of the LX in His today's Returned: Art. 1. E 'established stamp duty on playing cards manufactured in the interior or coming from 'foreign to the extent of lire one for each deck comprised of a higher number of 40 cards and L.0,50 for each deck of 40 cards. Art. 4. Any person manufacturing, introduces, sells, possesses in a public place the playing cards in violation of the rules laid down in the preceding Articles and anyone, by any means or way or artifice, looking to escape the payment of stamp duty, incurred in contravention punishable by a fine of at L.100 L.10 for each deck not branded. Art. 6. The present law will enter into force one month after its legal publication. Art. 7. No later than the day before the in force all owners of the playing card decks will have to make a complaint to the Inspectorate Political and present them for the application of stamp duty.
