2. No law that makes changes to the Law on mortgage fees. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Prince and Sovereign Council of the LX in His today's Returned: Art. 1. The mortgage fees of Law 4 August 1927, No. 13, are amended as following: 1) the proportional tax on transcripts increased to 50 cents for every hundred pounds; 2) the proportional tax on the recordation subingresso increased to 30 cents for every hundred pounds; 3) the proportional tax on the recordation cancellation or reduction of mortgage and on those of subordination, assignment of priority or mortgage order has increased to 20 cents for every hundred pounds; 4) the fixed fee for transcripts, the inscriptions and annotations is increased to five pounds. Art. 2. With the entry into force of this law previous laws are repealed on the subject, which, however, will apply for employees formalities to acts done or operable succession before, as long as they are applied for within the normal period payment of the relevant registration fees or inheritance. Art. 3. This law comes into force on 15 April 1936. As at Our Residence, this day of March 18, 1936 (1635 dFR).
