Ranked # 5. Law that, in the amendment to Council Decree of 15 February 1888 and the Address Book XLI Book II of the Statutes lays down the formalities necessary for women's contracts and unfit persons. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Prince and Sovereign Council of the LX, in his today's Returned: Art. 1. The contracts 1) to minors subject to parental authority: 2) to women is for dowry for both estradotali goods: 3) the foolish not covered by this law or other special laws will be valid as much for form as for the substance, with the permission of the judge. The judge may, before discussing hear the opinion of the next of kin on the convenience for the people assisted, of the acts to be authorized. Art. 2. For contracts still subject to the protection of minors, of interdicted and incapacitated remain without prejudice to the provisions of the Law of 27 April 1911. Art. 3. Women can not alienate or compel the dowry more than half without ' authorization most excellent Council of Twelve. It 'just the authorization referred to in the preceding two articol: 1) when it comes to easy re-use of capital: 2) when half of the dowry does not exceed five hundred lire: 3) when it comes to women less protected by the family council .
