We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino

In view of article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law
186/2005;
We promulgate and send for publishing the following ordinary law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on 29 October 2007.

AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW 18 December 2006 135
AND CHANGES IN THE STATE BUDGET AND THE BUDGET ESTIMATES
THE PUBLIC FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2007



Art.1
The Article 15 thereof of Law 18 December 2006 n. 135, the first paragraph is amended as follows:

"Art.15
(AASP works Programs)

As part of the appropriation foreseen in the Chapter 2-4-6440 "Fund endowment AASP investment
" of € 8,800,000.00 it is the sole responsibility of the State Congress define
maintenance work extraordinary and execution of public works which must provide -
directly or indirectly - the Autonomous State of Production Company. ".


Art.2
Article 28 of Law 18 December 2006 n. 135 is amended as follows:
"Art.28
(Destination of resources to Township Councils)

For the purposes of Article 29 of Law 22 of 24 February 1994, the AASP
is authorized to make available to the Township Councils the sum of € 420,000.00 to be charged on the relevant chapters of the
the Company's financial statements projection. "

Art.3
Article 29 of Law 18 December 2006 n. 135, the first paragraph is amended as follows:

"Art.29
(Transfers ISS)

In accordance with and to the effects of Article 26, third paragraph, of Law 20 December 2002 n. 112
the Congress of State is authorized to provide the Institute for Social Security, for the year
2007, an endowment fund for health care, to be charged on cap.1-9-4590 the extent of
€ 51.000.000,00, as well as a fund for the social and health services, to be charged on the cap. 1-9-4610,
in the amount of € 10,300,000.00. ".


Art.4
According to Article 25 of Law 30 of February 18, 1998, in compliance with resolution of the Congress of State
n. 1 of 17 September 2007, approved the financial statements of changes in scheme

As an extraordinary transfers to the pension fund management, the State
Congress is authorized to provide the Institute for Social Security - to restore the heritage - the
cap.1-9-4605 the amount of € 10,762,556.46.
The Institute for Social Security is authorized to settle its budget
2007 on compliant resolution of the Executive Committee n. 4 of 21 August 2007, which is amended

same, limited to the establishment of the following chapters: 305 in Title I - Current revenues and 309
-313-314-315 in Title I - Outputs currents for the management of Sewer Service.


Art. 8

The University is authorized to settle its estimated budget of
