We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino

In view of article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law
186/2005;
Promulgate and publish the following ordinary law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on 20 December 2007.

CLEARANCE SALES NOW - AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW 25 July 2000 Ranked # 65

Art. 1

Article 26 of Law 65 of July 25, 2000, as amended by Law 22 November 2005
168, is replaced by the following:

"Art.
26 (Exercise of trade to the detail in form associated)

1. The company involved in the exercise of the retail business is incorporated under the
provisions of Law 47 of 23 February 2006 with consent of the license, in accordance with
this Act; the communication of the approval of the license is attached a copy of the articles of association of the company
. It is not required clearance in advance of the Congress of State, except as provided in paragraph 2.

2. In order to prevent distortions of the socio-economic context of the Republic, by decree delegate
can be established the need for specific procedures for the granting of the authorization for the
establishment of companies whose corporate purpose which particular sectors or particular mode operating
activity of retail trade; It is also subject to authorization amending its object
if the latter includes market sectors or particular forms of exercise
in that Act delegated decree. 3
. By delegated decree may be specific regulations set down for
economic activities and the procedures for exercising the activity of retailing. ".

Art. 2

This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
