In view of article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law
186/2005;
Promulgate and publish the following ordinary law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on 26 February 2008.

GRADING OF STAFF OF THE GOVERNMENT UNDER - unions
PRECARIAT THE INTERIOR OF 13 December 2007


Art.1
It 'unauthorized framing of which the Agreement Government staff -
Trade Union Organizations of 13 December 2007, ratified by the Great and General Council in its Resolution no.
13 of 29 January 2008, and already included in ' "My list referred to in Article 3 of the Agreement on Internal Insecurity
- serving in the higher qualification -" annexed Agreement
government / Trade Unions 1 December 2005 on the internal as well as Insecurity and
resulting from partial modifications and additions set out in the agreements of 25 May 2006, 9
November 2006 and September 6, 2007, meeting the requirements referred to in Article 3 of Law 22 February 2006 n
. 45, subject to the assessment referred to by the Agreement of 13 December 2007, which is
left to the Contracting Parties to the same Agreement.
The grading will take place in the qualifying and in the level already recognized with which agreements
the previous paragraph, except as stated in Article 40 of the Law of 20 December 2002
112.
The relative and consequent administrative burden will be carried out by the Secretariat of State for Internal Affairs
.


Art.2
Gains resulting dall'inquadramento in new recognized qualifications, whether due
, shall be effective from 1 June 2004 as established in Article 3, letter c), of the Law
22 February 2006 n. 45.


Art.3
The financial burden of the state, resulting from the application of balance
this law, they will be counted against the cap. 01/03/2650 "salary expenses and for renovations and improvements
cost to employees and pensioners of the State" - remaining years 2004
2005, 2006, 2007. For the year 2008 will be covered by imputation of increased spending on relevant
budget chapters relating to staff expenditure, on the basis of the appropriations for this purpose
established by Law 129 of December 21, 2007 financial statements.





At places burdens on entities of the broader public sector will be covered by
utilization of the appropriations on the relevant expense items of financial statements of the individual entities
concerned, expressly authorized by the Financial Statements December 21 Law 2007 129.


Art.4
This Law shall enter into force on the fifteenth day following that of its legal publication
.
