No. 4. Law establishing the new table of salaries and grants, on a temporary basis, an expensive food. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino promulgate and publish the following law passed by the Prince and Sovereign Council of the LX in His today's Returned: Art. 1. With effect from 1 April 1943: a) the table of the salary annexed to the Law organic 17 December 1925 No 34 is replaced - all the law and the law that effects now March 8th, 1927 No 7 on pensions (amended by Council Decree No. 4 15 March 1941) - from the one attached to this law: b) any payment or cost of living of any kind and nature, which is currently granted to employees in service, shall be repealed: remain in force until the allowances specifically indicated in the attached table: e) employees who are entitled to housing provided by the state are subject to the payment , deducted monthly salary, an annual Caone to be determined by no more than three thousand lire. Art. 2. On April 1, 1943 is granted to all current employees (employed, salaried, commissioned) a high cost of living to the extent of twenty percent on the salary and allowances shown in Table same, except for the travel allowance or steed, of dressing material (midwives) and tools (menders). It said cost of living shall not count for the purposes of supplementary taxation in art. 19 Law of 16 March 1922. Art. 3. This allowance will be absorbed by the future five-year increases or by other extraordinary providences that they could be granted. Art. 4.
