Law containing measures on cereals.

We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
promulgate and publish the following law passed by the Prince and Sovereign Council in His
LX today Returning:
Art.
1. The wheat, maize and barley, up from the time of their separation from the soil and in their
total consistency in grains, are bound, from the manufacturer or any person who holds the product, the
general needs power, which does not p ca n resist being stolen, with the exceptions established by the following
.
Art. 2.
They are exempt from the obligation referred to in Article products intended for home consumption of
agricultural producers and farmers as well as to the sowing and feeding livestock and poultry
.
The supply of grain for the family manor is set at 1.75 pounds for each person
cohabiting and for the family of settler or farmer in quintals 2.25 for each of those
people.
In total or partial substitution of wheat they may be retained maize and barley in proportion of
150 kilograms per cent of wheat.
The world's supply of barley for these families is set at 5 Kg for each person.
For cattle feed is authorized the deduction of three quintals of maize and q.li 2.50
common barley for each head of cattle.
The withholding of maize per head pig fattening will be made - when it comes to farm
or owner or more 'funds conductor - on total production and the total number of existing pigs in
'company, or in the various funds.
For the poultry is granted to the settlers and farmers to retain a quantity of maize,
to be taken on its production, at a rate of 5 Kg per tornatura of working the land. The
owners, in any case, can not hold more 'of kg.150 total.
Art. 3.
And 'allowed - with the written permission of the Inspectorate Political - to change the product retained
for planting with selected seed.
The amount left available to producers of eg family needs, for feeding the
cattle and for sowing can not form Object of the sale to you to buy.
Any surplus to the needs indicated in article 2 must be delivered into storage.
Art.
4. By 31 August the owners or possessors or holders of wheat and barley, and by 31 October 1943
those of maize, must report in writing to the Political Inspectorate;
A) the amount of the new harvest and the possibly still owned harvests of the past years
;
B) the necessary quantity to the seed;
C) the place where the products are stored;
D) the number and quality of livestock entitled to deductions as set out in Article 2 and in luog
which is guarded.
Who cares cereals, for whatever reason, in the Republic must give prior notice, or at least
within twenty-four hours after the introduction, the Political Inspectorate.
Art. 5.
All products bound - with the exception of traction authorized art.2 -
must be delivered and sold to the oven Molino Silo Union and Mutual Aid Society that
match;
A) for grain on the basic price of L.220 per quintal, yield 75;
B) for maize and barley price paid removal from the province of Forli.
The delivery of the products must be made by 30 September 1943 for wheat and barley and by
November 15, 1943 for maize.
Art. 6.
maize, harvested from the fifty-quality seed; for forage use, it is left to
producers for the feeding of livestock.

Art. 7.
the provisions of Articles remain firm 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Law 27 June 1942 Ranked # 20.
The documents, records and receipts related to storage released in relations between
bulking one side and Oven Molino Silo on the other, are exempt from stamp duties and registration fees.
Art.
8. This Act shall enter into force immediately after its publication.
