We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law passed by the Prince and Sovereign Council of the LX in His today's Returned: Art. 1. To all the tax the use of postage, established by existing laws, it is replaced by the application of tax stamps. The postage will remain outstanding only to postal items. Art. 2. With Reggenziale Decree will specify the shape, the color, the size of the stamps, as well as issued the appropriate provisions for their replacement to postage.
