No. 33. Establishment of the Extraordinary Union Law for the examination of the responsibilities fascist (1). We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino availing ourselves of the faculty concesseci by G. and G. Council at its meeting of 23 October 1944; We decree. promulgate and publish: Art. 1. Art. 2. The Union can act on its own initiative for the assessment of the incriminating circumstances or discharge of people reported and can also prosecute those citizens who, despite not having been marked by accusations, appearing authors or accomplices of the acts provided by art . 1. Art. 5. Art. 7. The Opera of the Union and of the Council of Twelve will be given written report to the Great and General Council. Art. 8. The judgment will be final. Art. 9.
