We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino availing ourselves of the faculty concesseci by G. and G. E 'set up a syndicate to establish the guilt of the citizens who, after the date of October 28, 1943, ie the day when the Great and General Council of the Republic promulgated the act of pacification town , have moved pr, headed, organized the reconstitution of the fascist party in San Marino or been part of the same; who have promoted or supported initiatives aimed at restoration of the Fascist regime; who consumed directly relevant acts to disturb the security and peace of the country; that continuing to be part of foreign military organizations have committed acts of violence, oppression and coercion. Art. 2. Art. 3. The union is open daily from 15 November 1944 to the day January 31, 1945, unless extended. The complaints must be submitted to the President of the Trade Union or, failing that, of one of the members appointed by him. Art. 4. The Union can act on its own initiative for the assessment of the incriminating circumstances or discharge of people reported and can also prosecute those citizens who, despite not having been marked by accusations, appearing authors or accomplices of the acts provided by art . 1. Picked the inculpatory evidence of the accused, hear their defense, and shall be recorded each deposition, the Union will evaluate the faults attributed to each of the indicted, proposing sanctions under the laws in force. The conclusions will be brought by the union before the Council of Twelve, which pronuncierà the final ruling alone, person to person, by a majority of votes cast nominally in the Council Chamber. Art. 7. The Opera of the Union and of the Council of Twelve will be given written report to the Great and General Council. Art. 8. The judgment will be final. Art. 9.
