No. 39. Law that establishes a high cost of living payments to employees, employees, officers and alternate (1). We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino availing ourselves of the faculty concesseCi by the Great and General Council at its meeting of 16 November 1944; we decree, promulgate and publish: Art. 1. With effect from 1 October 1944 shall be granted to Employees, Salaried, Distributors and Substitute, a temporary cost of living allowance to be paid on salary by each currently enjoyed, in it including bonuses attached to the salary of which the table annexed to the law 16 March 1943 No. 4, as well as the previous cost of living allowances except for the travel allowance, horse and one for dressing materials paid midwives and paid tools to menders. The allowance corresponds to one hundred percent for the first lre salary Mille as calculated above, the 50% for the portion exceeding the L. 1000 to L. to 2000 and by 20% for the portion exceeding the L. 2000.
