No. 21. Law that establishes a high cost of living payments to employees, employees, officers and deputies. (1) We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino availing ourselves of the faculty ConcesseCi by the Great and General Council in His models Returned April 14, 1945; We decree, promulgate and publish: Art. 1. With effect from 1 April 1945 shall be granted to employees, employees, officers and deputies, a temporary cost of living allowance to be paid on salary by each currently enjoyed, in it including bonuses attached to the salary referred to in the table attached to Law 16 March 1943, n. 4, as well as the previous cost of living allowances, except for transport allowance, horse and one for dressing materials paid to midwives, tool paid to menders, and replacements for the currency loss. This allowance is 100% of the first thousand pounds salary as calculated above, the 30% on the excess by L. L. 1001 to 2000 and by 20% from 2001 to L. L. 3000. No increase in the surplus whatever salary. The allowance is not subject to tax complementar also pei employees by the Company or by entities Morali. Art. 2. The provisions of the preceding article shall apply to all government pensioners, as well as to employees, wage earners and pensioners of the Congregation of Charity, the Belluzzi College, for whom the last two institutions the allowance will be reduced to half if their employees are given meals. Art. 3. The ad personam allowance for pensioners under Article. 3 of Law 16 March 1943 is not absorbed by the increase in cost of living allowance under this Act.
