Amendment to art. 45 of the Law on stamp duty.

We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council in
Seat models July 4, 1945:
Art. 1
Article. 45 of the Law on stamp duty March 14, 1918 is amended as follows: "on the sums recovered by
pei government securities referred to in art. 41 and 43, less the rights of third parties, will be payable to the Registrar and
Conservative at a 30% premium to be divided in equal parts, and the Sliders
a premium of 10%. the product of fines and penalties will be paid to the discoverers
a premium of 35%.
Art. 2
this law comes into force on 10 July 1945. Since
Our Residence, on this day of July 9, 1945 (1644 dFR).
