that makes changes to the Criminal Code. (1)

We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
availing ourselves of the faculty concesseCi by the Great and General Council in His Returning models
24 July 1945;
We decree, promulgate and publish:
Art. 1.
Financial penalties established by the Penal Code, as well as by special laws criminal
issued to the whole 1918, increased by six times in both the minimum, both the maximum.
The financial penalties provided for by special laws enacted since 1919 to around 1944 have tripled.
Art.
2. In cases where the penalty is in the Penal Code graduat according to the amount of the pecuniary damage, that amount must be understood
tenfold.
Art. 3. In relation to Article
. CP 156 it is determined that each day of captivity corresponds to thirty pounds.
Art. 4.
Article. 1 will be applied only to crimes committed after the entry into force of this Act: the art.
2 and 3 also to the ongoing processes.
Art. 5.
remain repealed Articles 1, 2, 3 of the Law 15 April 1926 as well as the Law of 28 February 1942

6. This Act comes into force immediately after its publication.
