(1) We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino availing ourselves of the faculty concesseCi by the Great and General Council in His Returning models August 29, 1945: We decree, promulgate and publish: Art. 1 . the application limit of cuiall'art penal decree. 2 of Law No. 9 September 1919. 35 and art. 5 of Law 27 June 1942 n. 21 is raised to three thousand pounds in penalties. Art. 2. This Act shall come into force immediately after its publication. Given at Our Residence, this day of September 1, 1945 (1644 dFR).
