(1) We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino availing ourselves of the faculty concesseCi by the Great and General Council in His Returning models August 29, 1945; We decree, promulgate and publish: Art. 1. The rescript authorizing the Forensic to assume stable domicile and residence or for an indefinite period in the Republic is subject to registration with the fixed a thousand lire. Art. 2. This Act shall come into force immediately.
