declaring dissolved the charity "IPOIS" and entrusts the management of the Commission Assistance

We Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
availing ourselves of the faculty concesseCi by the Great and General Council in His Returning models
24 September 1945;
We decree, promulgate and publish:
Art. 1.
It 'dissolved the charity, based in San Marino (City), named "Institute for the Protection of
orphans and children of San Marino" (under the IPOIS acronym) constituted by public deed 30 | || September 1926 a deed of Notary Giuliano Gozi (recorded September 30, 1926 N. 527 Vol. 27
Reg. Formalities) and recognized by resolution of the Council of Twelve 4 July 1927.
Art. 2.
It 'declared the forfeiture of Directors, still life, under Article 17 of the Statute 10 June 1927.

Art. 3.
It 'repealed for all purposes the Articles June 10, 1927 was approved during the plenary of the Institute.
Art. 4.
E 'obligation to those administrators and heirs de eceduti to present an exact account of their administration and to deliver
values, remaining funds, records and anything else inherent.
Art. 5.
The Orphanage Management and Asylum passes immediately, on a provisional basis, to the Commission of Assistance
.
