No. 31. Law containing measures on cereals. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting models July 23, 1946: Art. 1. The wheat and barley, up from the time of their separation from the soil and in total their consistency in kernels are bound, from the manufacturer or any person who holds the product, the general needs of food, which can not be taken away, with the exceptions established by the following article. Art. 2. The following are exempt from the obligation referred to in Article products intended for home consumption of agricultural producers and farmers as well as to the sowing and feeding livestock and poultry. The supply of grain is set for the main family in quintals 2 for each of the persons living together and for the family of settler or farmer in quintals 2.40 for each of those persons. In total or partial replacement of wheat it can be restrained barley in proportion of 150 kilograms per cent of wheat. The supply of world barley for these families is fixed at 5 kilograms per person. Art. 3. E 'allowed - with the written permission of the Inspectorate of Police - to change the product held back for planting with selected seed. The amount left available for w the family needs producers, for feeding cattle and for sowing may not be ogg tt of deeds of sale. Any surplus to the needs indicated in art. 2 must be delivered into storage. Art. 4 By 31 August the owners or possessors or wheat and barley holders must report in writing to the Inspector of Police: a) the amount of the new harvest and the possibly still owned harvests of recent years; b) the necessary quantity to the seed; c) the place where the products are stored; d) the number and amount of livestock for which there is entitlement to deductions in art. 2 and luog which is guarded. Who cares cereals, for whatever reason, in the Republic, must give prior notice, or at least within twenty-four hours after the introduction, the Inspector of Police. Art. 5 All products bound - with the exception of traction authorized by art. 2 - to be delivered and sold to the oven-Molino-Silo Union Company and Mutual Aid which will correspond to the grain requisition price of L. 2250 per quintal. The price for barley will be paid from storage of the province of Forlì. The delivery of wheat and barley to be made by 20 September 1946. Art. 6 Remain subject to the provisions of Articles 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Law 27 June 1942, n.20. The documents, records and receipts related to storage released in relations between bulking one side and Oven Molino-Silo other hand, are exempt from stamp duties and registration fees. Article 7 This Law shall enter into force immediately after its publication.
