Law which sets the rate for the transportation of the breach on the part of landowners
for the year 1947. (1).

We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council in the court of

29 March 1947. Art.
1. For the current year with the higher income of land owners, the effects of the normal tax rate,
to L. 2000, will carry the breach to the consular roads in the amount of cubic meters. 0, 400
for every thousand pounds of income.
Art.
2. This Act comes into force upon its legal publication.
