No. 50. Law that establishes the payment of the 13th month to the employees and 53 weeks to workers. (1) We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council in its Returned models December 4, 1947: Art. 1. E 'given to civil servants and parastatal, according to the twelfths service, the 13th month for the calendar year 1947, equal to current salary, inclusive of cost of living allowance and different, except for transportation and family allowances. Art. 2. It 'also granted the 53 th week to state workers ep rastatali in proportion to the days of work provided by them, that is equal to 48 hours to 150 days is charged up, to 36 hours of pay from 100 to 150 , to 24 hours of pay from 50 to 100, to 12 hours is charged from 25 to 50, according to present rates and of each category. Art. 3. The above provisions can be extended to employees including you and the workers to factories, institutions and privat excluding family allowances.
