availing ourselves of the faculty concesseCi by the Great and General Council at its meeting of 4 December 1947

We promulgate and publish.
Sole article.
As from 1 January 1948 the closed daily referred to in the penultimate paragraph of Article 2 of Regulation
for the application of mortgage laws March 14, 1918 is limited to only register
"deposit".
