No. 2. Change Law on dogs. (1) We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino availing ourselves of the faculty concesseCi by the Great and General Council at its meeting of 29 January 1948; We decree, promulgate and publish Art. 1. The communication of the list referred to in the second paragraph of Article 7 of the Law June 6, 1922, n. 19, will be made to the Office of the Register of Mortgages by 20 January of each year. Art. 2. Article 8 of the Law of 6 June 1922, n. 19, is replaced by the following: "By 15 November of each year the police inspector Urbana publish a poster to present the obligation of complaints prescribed by this Act and the obligation of the tax payment within the month of February of 'next year". Art. 3. The first paragraph of Article 9 of the Law of June 6th, 1922, n.19. to August it is replaced that of February. Art. 4. Article 1 of the Law of 23 July 1946, n. 36, is replaced by the following: "The list of dog owners who have filed a complaint before 1 July of each year shall be transmitted to the Office of the Inspector of Police Urbana Register of Mortgages by the 20th of the month of July. the relevant fees shall be paid within the month of August. " Art. 5. The second paragraph of Article. 10 Law of June 6th, 1922, n. 19 is amended as follows: "The plate will be provided by the Inspectorate of the cost price Urbana Police". Art. 6. With effect from 1 January 1948 taxes on st lished dogs Laws May 5, 1927, n. 11, and May 28, 1945, n. 31, are increased as follows: a) L. 1200 in the luxury dogs and affection; b) L. 600 for the hunting dogs and guard; c) L. 100 for custody of dogs in rural farmhouses and flocks. Transitional provision. 06; 15 Art. 4. Payment of the fee must be run pel 1948 ithin the month of May; consequently the terms set out in Articles 1 and 2 shall be extended by three months.
