No. 5. Law for the lawyer's appointment of the poor. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council Seat models in the February 26, 1948 (*): Art. 1. The lawyer of the poor, chosen from among the citizens of San Marino enrolled in defenders, will be elected each year (for the period April 1 - March 31 of the following year) by the Great and General Council, by direct vote and may not be reelected s not after three years. Art. 2. This Act - repealing Article. 9 of the Law March 22, 1926, No. 9, - enter into force immediately after its legal publication. Given at Our Residence, this day of February 28, 1948 (1647 dFR).
