No. 29. Law relating to slaughter taxes and duty on meat. (1) We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting of 26 April 1949. Art. 1. The slaughtering taxes and duty on stable meat from the Law February 26 1948 n. 6, are raised as follows: A) Slaughter Fees: per head 1 - Bue, beef or heifer, bull, cow, 1.500 2 - Sopranno (beef) "1,000 3 - Dairy Calf" 600 4 - Sheep adult "300 5 - Sheep milk "100 6 - Pig" 600 B) duty on meat: 1 - L. Bue 2,500 2 - beef or heifer "2,000 3 - bull or cow" 1,600 4 - Sopranno (beef) "1200 5 - Calf from milk "800 6 - Sheep adult" 400 7 - Sheep milk "200 8 - Pig" 800 imported slaughtered meat is subject to the duty of the L. 10 kilogram. Art. 2. This Act shall come into force on the day following that of its legal publication. Given at Our Residence, this day of May 18, 1949 (1648 dFR).
