No. 33. Law fixing the fee payable by the company for the annual exercise of trade license and industry. (1) We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting of 26 April 1949. Art. 1. companies registered in the public register of the company under Article 19 of law 21 December 1942, n. 45, get a driver's license exercise in art. 1, 8, 11 of the law March 8, 1927 and the annual renewal after having paid a tass Lire 0.25 per hundred pounds of the share capital and, in any case, not less than L. 25,000 yearly. Art. 2. Companies that do not fulfill any obligation in the preceding article shall be ex officio deleted from the register of companies. Art. 3. This Act comes into force on the day following that of its legal publication. Transitional provision. Within one month from the entry into force of this law, existing companies will have to pay the fee referred to in Article. 1 for the current year, reduced in proportion to the length of time already spent.
