Law on public hoardings and in the permanent advertising. (1)

We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council in session models
April 26, 1949:
Art.
1. The posters and notices on paper by exposing themselves to the public in the City of San Marino, in the Castelli and centers inhabited
, must be displayed in places intended for that purpose.
They are not subject to this provision the posters and notices gl of the Government or governmental and
those electoral bodies.
The posters from abroad must be subject, before the posting, approval
Urban Inspectorate of Police.
Violators will be punished with fine from L. 100 to L. 200 for each poster or notice board.
Art. 2.
The billboard in the previous article shall be subject to payment of a fee based on the size of the poster or notice

State Congress.
Art. 3.
The permanent exhibition of posters, plates, tables, pictures, banners etc. and the luminous advertising, illuminated
or that is otherwise made visible at night are subject to payment of a fee for
every square meter, in relation to their duration, as by the appended tables "B" and "C". Fractions of a square meter
will be rounded to one quarter of a square meter.
Art. 4.
The company for posting will be given in the contract renewable every three years. The contractor will collect
direct taxes imposed by this Act, remain obligated to make annual payments, the Treasury
Government, the tender fee.
Art. 5.
The fees and the canon of art. 3 will riscos the Inspectorate of Police Urbana
who must make payment to the Government Treasury at the end of each semester.

6. This Act comes into force on 1 July 1949. Since
