No. 49. Law amending Article. 3 of the Law of 28 June 1937, n. 5, on women's contracts and people unable (1). We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting on October 29, 1949: Art. 1. The "five hundred pounds" limit of art. 3, n. 2 of the Law of 28 June 1937, n. 5, on contracts relating to women and to people incapable is elevated to "twenty-five thousand pounds." Art. 2. This Act comes into force on the day following that of its legal publication. Given at Our Residence, this day of 16 November 1949 (1649 dFR).
