We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council in its session delli 29 August 1950. Art. 1. The electoral law 15 October 1920, n. 18, is changed as the following items. Art. 2. Article 10 is repealed. Art. 3. Article 22 is repealed and replaced by the following: "The Director or Directors who, within four years, as long as they lack more 'than six months at a normal sc-law of the Legislature, would fail for any reason, they will be replaced with the candidate or candidates with the same list immediately following number of votes those already elected. in case of lack of candidates of the same list as the post or posts declared vacant and will be put out for general meetings if it occurs in the case provided by the second part art. 8 ". Art. 4. In Article 4 the following paragraph is added: "The voters abroad will be enrolled in two electoral lists, including the first voters with surnames with initials from A to M, and the second with initials than N to Z, and will vote in two sections corresponding with headquarters in the City. " Art. 5. The convening of meetings under Article. 8 completed four years will take place in the first half of September. Art. 6. This term is extended to one of the first Sunday of the month of September 1953. Art. 7. This Act comes into force immediately after its publication.
