No. 23. Law containing amendments and additions to the Companies Act. (1) We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council in its session delli 29 August 1950. Art. 1. The company inscribed in the public register of art. 19 of Law 21 December 1942, n. 45, must have their place, real and effective, on this territory and there carry out their normal activities. Art. 2. For the books indicated in art. 21 of the aforementioned law is added as a mandatory journal. Art. 3. The last paragraph of the aforementioned article. 21 is amended as follows: "The books mentioned in this article and all others who believe the company should be set up must be kept in accordance with the rub. LXXI of Book II of the Statutes and numbered each sheet. Prior to their use they must be endorsed by the Office of the Register with indication at the beginning or end of the volume, the number deifogli waves are "compounds. Art. 4. The withdrawal of legal recognition (in accordance with art. 13 of the Law of 21 December 1942) will be applied when the company is not in the conditions of Article. 1 or in any case is not in compliance with provisions of applicable laws. Art. 5. Within three months from the entry into force of this Act will proceed to the revision of the companies currently registered in the public register. Those ch will not be in compliance with the provisions of this law will be deleted from the said registo and, where appropriate, subject to forced liquidation. Art. 6.
