Law for the formation of the buildings register.

We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council
in his round of 21 September 1950:
Art.
1. In execution of the Decree of 21 February 1949, n. 11, the new register of buildings will be formed for
residential units and direct assessment by cadastral delegates from government experts.
Art. 2.
Building unit is every part of the building or set of buildings in the state in which you
located, is in itself very useful.
Art. 3.
The units will be represented geometrically in scale developments of 1: 200 of
building particles.
Art. 4.
By May 31, 1951 all owners of buildings are obliged to submit to the Tax Office
and the Land Registry, the scale indicated earlier all'rticolo, a floor plan of the buildings and of which will be owned
provided their exterior design, compiled according to the rules that will be
indicated by that office, by one of the expert appointed by the Government.
Art. 5.
Those who do not present the plan in the above deadline shall incur a fine of 3,000 to 10,000
pounds and will be required to pay the costs for the XECUTION office of the plan itself.
