LAW 1 December 1951, n. 28. Amendments to the law ENTITY for Tourism 31 January 1950 n. 9, the law on public bill April 26, 1949, n. 38, and the law on public guides March 23, 1909, repeal of the law 19 February 1946, n. 5, on the Commission's public performances and law March 8, 1927, n. 4, the Congress Theatre, suppression of the Commission for sport. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council in its session on 1 December 1951: Art. 1. The Autonomous Governmental Authority for Tourism established by Law 31 January 1950, n. 9, assume from now the name of Governmental Authority for Tourism, Sports and Entertainment. Art. 2. With effect from today, the Commission referred to the cited law consists of a chairman and seven members, appointed by the Great and General Council, and a representative of the shopkeepers hotels and restaurants, a representative of ' association of industrialists, merchants and artisans, and a representative of the travel offices and transport. Art. 3. A modification of the decree 28 March 1909 on public guides the inspector Political powers are delegated Governmental Entity for Tourism, Sports and Entertainment. Art. 4. Article. 5 of the law 26 April 1949, n. 38, bill-posting is modified as follows: "Taxes and fees in art. 3 will be collected by the Ente Government for Tourism, Sports and Entertainment of which become ordinary entry." Art. 5. The law March 8, 1927, n. 4, the Congress Theatre and the law 19 February 1946, n. 5, the Commission of Public Performances are repealed. The Government Commission for the sport is abolished.
