LAW March 29, n. 9. Additions to the Forest Law January 15, 1925, n. 1. () We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council in its session on March 29, 1952: Art. 1. To complement the Forest Act January 15, 1925, n. 1, and for the protection of works of gully reclamation, agriculture and reforestation, the bond referred to in this Law is extended to tuttele badland areas, precalanchive and soils of any nature and destination whose irrational form of use can produce damage public. Art. 2.
