LAW 28 August 1952, n. 28. Increased industrial, artisan, agricultural and industrial agriculture. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council in its session on August 28, 1952: Art. 1. E 'established the Government Commission for the growth of industries and craft on territory of the Republic. Art. 2. The Commission consists of a steering office entrusted to an experienced San Marino and five members elected by the Great and General Council, one representative of the working class and one of the industry. The Commission shall appoint the president and the secretary of the entity and has the right to join technical consultants, lawyers and specialists from industrial handicraft and agricultural organizations also choose from outside the Republic. Art. 3. The Commission aims to promote: a) the formation of new industries; b) the crafts and agriculture development; c) mineral research; d) credit institutions and trade necessary for new activities; e) control, the effects of the working occupation of existing industries and crafts; f) the study of each other initiative atta to increm nt the use of the hand work of San Marino. Art. 4. The present Law comes into force on the day following that of its publication. Given at Our Residence, this day of 30 August 1952 (165 dFR).
