LAW 25 September 1952, n. 24. Amendments to the law on land reclamation. (1) We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following amendments to Articles 1 and 3 of Law 10 January 1950, n. 2, on land reclamation, approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting of 25 September 1952. Art. 1. The owners of land likely, in the opinion of the Agricultural Commission, the improvements contemplated by the law 29 October 1946, n. 57, will have to run them by autumn 1952 and spring of 1953, taking the workforce through the Office of Government employment. The upper limit of expenditure for such improvements is, for each fund, five thousand lire for each tornatura of land. Art. 2. For the works of improvements ordered by the Agrarian Commission will be paid on government contribution established by the Law of 29 April 1952, n. 11, deducing from it any costs for site inspections.
