We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino availing ourselves of the option granted by the Great and General Council in session on March 10, 1953 ratified the Universal Postal Convention concluded in Brussels on 11 July 1952 and the seven agreements below; We have decreed, promulgate and send for publishing: Sole article.
