LAW 12 June 1953, n. 18. Amendments to the law on mortgage fees. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting on June 12, 1953: Art. 1. Subject to applicable laws on mortgage fees are brought the modifications set out below. Art. 2. The proportional fee under item Nos 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Art. 1 of the law 29 March 1943, n. 9, for registration, for recordation subingresso, for mortgage renewals and transcripts, is elevated to 2 percent, respectively, to 1.50 percent, 1 percent and 2 percent. Art. 3. The amount of the fee paid in accordance with Article 2 of the law 14 March 1918, n. 11, will not be less than L. 100. The fixed fees referred to in Articles 3 and 5 are raised stability to L. 250. Art. 4. With the entry into force of this law previous laws on the subject are repealed, which, however, they will apply for employees formalities to acts done or operable succession before, as long as requested within the normal period of payment of the registration fees or inheritance. Art. 5. This law will come into force on 1st July 1953. As at Our Residence, this day of 13 June 1953 (1652 dFR).
