We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino

In view of article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law
186/2005;
Promulgate and publish the following ordinary law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting of 18 March 2009.

AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW ON THE PATTERN OF CASTLE LAW
February 24, 1994 N. 22



Art.1
The third paragraph of Article 12 of Law 24 February 1994 n. 22 is replaced by the following:

"The cards are consistent paper, unique type and are provided by the State Electoral Office
according to the characteristics of the model described in the table attached to this
law. The Electoral Commission, given the number of lists, can vary the size,
the format and elements deemed necessary. "

Art. 2

The fourth paragraph of Article 15 of Law 24 February 1994 n. 22 is replaced by the following
:

"The cards will carry the dry seal of the Secretariat of State for Interior Affairs
.".

Art. 3

The eighth paragraph of Article 17 of Law 24 February 1994 n. 22 is replaced by the following:

"They are void cards:
a) are not those of the state, does not bear the seal of the Secretariat of State for Internal Affairs
and the signature of the President of the Seat or a scrutinizing delegated;
B) when they present records or signs intended to secure recognition of the voter;
C) that are not compiled with indelible pencil. ".

Art. 4

In the elections for the renewal of the Captains of the Castle and the Juntas, apply the
third paragraph of Article 22 of the Electoral Law 6 of January 31, 1996 to exercise voting rights
voter patients in the Hospital of State or hosted in the rest home.
By delegated decree to be issued within 30 days after the entry into force of this Act,
on a proposal of the Electoral Commission, the procedures and timetables for
exercise voting rights will be regulated as well as subsequent electoral operations at the close of voting.

Art. 5

In the sixth paragraph of Article 10 of Law 22 of 24 February 1994 is added
following:
"If in a castle is a single list, notwithstanding the foregoing, the number of
candidates to the list of Board Member may be higher than that of members of the council but not exceeding twelve
. ".

Art. 6

This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
