Microsoft Word - L137-2015.doc SAN MARINO We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having regard to Article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; We promulgate and publish the following ordinary law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting on 5 August 2015: LAW 137 of August 7, 2015 AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW 29 January 1992 Ranked # 7 - GENERAL PLAN GOVERNOR (PRG) FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MEASURES oF eCONOMIC dEVELOPMENT Art.1 (Purpose) 1. this law is intended to make to the existing General Plan (PRG) amendments necessary to enable the implementation of a useful project to the economic development of the country called "Luxury San Departement Store Marine". 2. By way of compensation the conversion is carried out of existing production area in an agricultural area, with simultaneous insertion within a broader Naturalistic the Protected Area. Article 2 (Zone in special development project) in Zone 1. The special development project are those identified with a special symbol in the plan Annex "A" to this law. In these areas the following functions are possible:  Group c): 1-2-3-4-5-6-8-9-13;  g Group): 1-4-5-8-9. The methods of intervention are feasible using the following indices: Uf = 1,00 m / m; Minimum distance from the borders ml. 10.00. In the plan Annex "A" in this law are identified 3 areas with a maximum height H 2 = 18 ml (H1) and a wide area with maximum height H = 15 ml (H2), both measured by the natural lie of the land pre-construction, relief elevation 2007. from calculating the Useful Surface Building do not allow the exclusion of the areas referred to in Article 184, paragraph 1, letter i) of Law 87 of July 19, 1995. Annexes A1, B and C of the Law 7 of 29 January 1992 (Master Plan) are amended in accordance with as provided in the following paragraphs. 2. The particle located in Serravalle, Rovereta locations, marked on Map Sheet 1, 32, designed on the table of the General Plan to "Zone in the Park", in part (Article 7 of 30/1992 Act), to "Perimeter of unitary project intervention with neighboring territories," in part, and to "project driveway viabilities", in part, it is transformed, in part into "project driveway viabilities", partly in "special project in Zone development "and partly in" Perimeter of a single project intervention with neighboring territories. " 3. The particle located in Serravalle, Rovereta locations, marked on Map Sheet 1, n.1000, designed on the table of the General Plan to "Zone in the Park", in part (Article 7 of 30/1992 Act), and to "project driveway viabilities", in part, it is transformed, in part into "project driveway viabilities" and partly in "Zone in special development project". 4. The parcels located in Serravalle, Rovereta locations, marked on Map Sheet 1, 998, n. 573, n. 81 and n. 592, held on the board of the General Plan to "Zone in the Park" (Article 30 of the 7/1992 Law), are transformed into "Special Zone Development Project". 6. The particle located in Serravalle, Rovereta locations, marked on Map Sheet 1, # 50, designed on the table of the General Plan to "Zone in the Park" (Article 7 of 30/1992 Act), is transformed into part in "Zone in special development project" and partly in "project driveway viabilities." 7. The particle located in Serravalle, Rovereta locations, marked on Map Sheet 1, 55, designed on the table of the General Plan to "Zone in the Park" (Article 7 of 30/1992 Act), is transformed into part in "green Zone in private" (Article 28 of the 7 / Law 1992), partly in "special Zone development project" and partly in "project viabilities driveway." 8. The particle located in Serravalle, Rovereta locations, marked on Map Sheet 1, 452, bound on the table of the General Plan to "Zone in the Park" (Article 7 of 30/1992 Act), is transformed into "green Zone in private" (Article 28 of the 7/1992 Law). 9. The particle located in Serravalle, places Rovereta, marked to the Public Roads
Map Sheet 1, designed on the table of the General Plan to "Zone in the Park", in part (Article 7 of 30/1992 Act), and to "Zone for services - tc ep" in part (Article 48 7 of the Law / 1992), is transformed, in part into "project driveway viabilities" and partly in "Zone in special development project". 10. The particle located in Serravalle, Rovereta locations, marked on Map Sheet 1, n.1069, designed on the table of the General Plan to "Zone for services - tc" (Article 7 of 48/1992 Act), it is transformed, in part into "zones in special development project" and partly in "project driveway viabilities." 3 11. The particle located in Serravalle, Rovereta locations, marked on Map Sheet 1, # 770, in part, designed on the table of the General Plan to "Zone in the Park" (Article 7 of 30/1992 Act) , it has become part in "project Roads driveway." 12. The particle located in Serravalle, Rovereta locations, marked on Map Sheet 1, n.995, designed on the table of the General Plan to "Zone in the Park" (Article 7 of 30/1992 Act), is transformed into "project Roads driveway". 13. And 'inserted a road project on the particle marked the Public Waters of Map Sheet 1, destined to "Perimeter of a single project intervention with neighboring territories." 14. The changes referred to above paragraphs are shown in Appendix "A" to this law. Art.4 (Amendments to the A1 and B Attachments of 7/1992 Law, Cà Chiavello) 1. Annexes A1 and B to the law 29 January 1992 n.7 (Master Plan) are amended in accordance with the provisions within following paragraphs. 2. The parcels located in Faetano, Ca 'Chiavello, marked the Map Sheet 56, # 1, # 2 and # 3, in part, for use on the table of the General Plan to "Zone D1: production areas in Detailed plan ", in part (Article 7 of 41/1992 Act), and to" Zone in the existing green "in part (Article 27 of Law 7/1992), have turned into" Zone E: agricultural areas "(Article 43 of the 7/1992 Law) and simultaneously included in" protected natural areas "(Article 31 of the 7/1992 Law). 3. The particle located in Faetano, Ca 'Chiavello, marked the Map Sheet 56, No. 4 (in part), designed on the board of General Regulatory Plan "Zone D1: production areas in Detailed Plan" (Article 41 of the 7/1992) reads, is turned into "Zone E: agricultural areas" (Article 43 of the 7/1992 law) and simultaneously included in "protected natural areas" (Article 31 of the 7/1992 law). 4. The amendments referred to above paragraphs are shown in Appendix "B" to this law. Art.5 (Agreement) 1. Prior to the approval on second reading of this law, the Congress of State shall seek to make an agreement to regulate the conditions for the implementation of the project referred to in Article 1, which will be submitted to 'approval of the Great and General Council.
