RUSSIAN FEDERATION federal law on insurance tariffs for compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases in the year 2017 and 2018 and 2019 period covered years passed by the State Duma December 7, 2016 year approved by the Federation Council December 14, 2016 year Article 1 established that in 2017 and 2018 and 2019 period covered years premiums on compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases shall be paid by the insured in order and on tariffs which are established by the Federal law of December 22, 2005, no. 179-ФЗ "about insurance tariffs for compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases in 2006 year. Insurance tariffs for compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases are defined as a percentage of the amounts of fees and other compensations that accrue for the benefit of the insured within the framework of labor relations and civil contracts, the subject of which are carrying out works and (or) services contract copyright order and included in the base for the calculation of premiums on compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases in accordance with the Federal law of July 24, 1998, no. 125-FZ " On compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases ".
Article 2 establish that in 2017 and 2018 and 2019 period covered years premiums on compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases shall be paid at the rate of 60 per cent of the size of insurance rates, stipulated in article 1 hereof, individual entrepreneurs in part assessed on all bases irrespective of the source of funding payments in cash and/or in kind (including as appropriate remuneration for the civil-legal contracts) employees who are the persons with disabilities group I, II or III.
Article 3 this federal law shall enter into force on January 1, 2017 onwards.
