The Federal Law On Amendments to Articles 4 and 16 of the Federal Law On the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation December 23, 2016 Approved by the Federation Council on December 23, 2016 Enact Federal Law No. 403-FZ on December 28, 2010 OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 15; No. 48, sect. 6730; 2013, No. 27, sect. 3477; No. 48, sect. 6165) the following changes: 1) Article 4, paragraph 4, after the words "Senior Investigator for Critical Cases," to be supplemented by the words "Senior Investigator for Critical Cases of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation"; 2) Part 2 of Article 16 should read: " 2. Investigators, investigators and assistant investigators of the investigative departments and investigators of the Investigative Committee in the areas, cities and similar to them, including specialized, investigative and investigative departments. In exceptional cases, the Investigative Committee's units may be designated by the Chairman of the Investigative Committee to be citizens studying on the basis of State accreditation of the higher education programme, related to a consolidated group of specialties and training courses "Jurisprudence", not less than half of the period of receipt of education established by the federal state educational standard and without academic debt.
