RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION On the organization of the insurance business in the Russian Federation and Article 5 of the Federal Law The law "On actuarial activities in the Russian Federation" adopted by the State Duma on 20 February 2015 approved by the Federation Council on 25 February 2015 Article 1 Paragraph 3 of paragraph 2 OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION href=" ?docbody= &prevDoc= 102368646&backlink=1 & &nd=102019955 "target="contents"> N 4015 -I " On the organization of the insurance business in the Russian Federation " of the Russian Federation, 1993, 56; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1998, No. 1, art. 4; 1999, N 47, sect. 5622; 2003, N 50, stop. 4858; 2005, N 10, sect. 760; 2010, N 17, sect. 1988; 2011, N 49, sect. 7040; 2012, N 53, sect. 77592; 2013, N 30, est. 4067) supplement the words "unless otherwise specified by the insurance supervisory authority, but not later than 1 July of the year following the reporting year". Article 2 Article 5, paragraph 4, of the Federal Law of 2 November 2013 N 293-FZ "On actuarial activities in the Russian Federation" (Assembly of Laws of the Russian Federation, 2013, N 44, art. 5632; 2014, N 30, sect. 4219), amend to read: " 4. Actuarial valuation prepared on the basis of the mandatory actuarial valuation, as required by article 3 of this Federal Act, with respect to the activities of the organizations referred to in article 3, paragraphs 2 to 4, of the present Federal Law The Federal Law shall be transmitted to the authorized body directly by the responsible actuary, unless otherwise established by federal law. The publication of an actuarial report shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the authorized body. ".
